When Riley and I first met with Janina, Riley was showing signs of arthritis. I was looking at two paths for her... Extensive vet care and medication she would be on for the rest of her life, or taking a chance on a health coach to see if we could at least delay the inevitable. It was worth the risk and has turned out so much better than I imagined! With diet and exercise, supplements, and some massage therapy, all signs of arthritis have disappeared and Riley is happier and more energetic! I'm so glad I found Janina and Healthy K9 Companion!

She offers ideas, options, and resources for me to choose from and supports or brainstorms what works with our life and schedule. And the dogs love her too! Even our “slow to warm up to humans” pup.
